Certain photos or categories are chosen for our giveaway contest where you can comment to win. These contests can last a day, a week, a month, or even longer. See the RULES below for more information!

But here's the cool part: Even if we aren't having a contest on a certain photo or category, we may like your caption so much, you'll win a prize! So in way, it's random, in another way it's scheduled - and you just never know.

IS THERE A FEE TO ENTER?

No. But you must be a registered member of the site in order to participate.

WHAT CAN I WIN?

Anything from a Gift Card from certain restaurants and retailers, products from certain businesses and even straight up CASH! The sky is the limit as we're always coming up with new ways to reward our members.

RULES

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Restriction: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Geographical Limitation: The giveaway/contest is open to residents of the world. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Ineligibility: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Vontae Mack LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Methods:

• Entry Submission: To enter the giveaway/contest, participants must accept the Privacy Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions contained here-in, be registered and logged in.
• Entry Limitations: Each participant is allowed only one entry / caption / comment per photo, unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries from the same participant may result in disqualification.

3. Prize Details:

• Prize Description: The prizes and their descriptions, including their approximate retail values (ARV), are detailed on the contest page of the website.
• Prize Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or alternative prizes, unless otherwise specified.
• Additional Costs: Any additional costs associated with the prizes, such as taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Winner Selection Process:

• Selection Method: Winners will be selected through a judging process conducted by Vontae Mack LLC or its designated representatives.
• Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 30 days after the selection date. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.
• Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Vontae Mack LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5. General Terms:

• Disqualification: Vontae Mack LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or tampers with the entry process. NO LINKS, business or personal promotion allowed. Captions that are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or our Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
• Liability: Vontae Mack LLC is not liable for technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the website that may affect the contest/giveaway.
• Modification or Termination: Vontae Mack LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest/giveaway at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States.
